The French Traditions and Culture Student Association at Carnegie Mellon University invites you to join them for a French Social Dance Party Saturday, December 10 in the Skibo Small Gym on CMU Campus.
2:30-3:30 Intro/refresher 3:30-5:30 dance
Matching pair of fee optional, dropins welcome!
French traditional social dancing combines dozens of different dances (celtic, waltz, bourrée, mazurka, polka, circassian circle, etc.) in many different styles (couples, chains, circles, mixers). Most can be learned in 5 minutes but some can take a lifetime to master.
Free for students (donation of choice for non-students)
