Join Douglas Genovese, Executive Chef of the Square Café and formerly the Executive Sous Chef of The Pittsburgh Golf Club, for a Provençal Cooking Class focusing on Provence.

 

The class will focus on culinary fundamentals present in classical traditional Provençal cooking and how those fundamentals can be applied for the home-chef.  This will be a small, hands-on class that will provide ample opportunity for open discussion and questions.  During the class, students will sample the fare and enjoy regional wine that compliments the menu.  Students will receive printed recipes for use during the class.
